2. Gather your/our resources, physically as well as financially.

3. Work hard in a collective manner.

If there is 6 or 8 Muslims/Christians/Catholics, etc with knowledge, open a grocery store then work collectively & harmoniously. Allah (God) Will Bless us/you with success!

If there are those with knowledge of clothes-making, merchandising, trades, maintenance - gather such knowledge. Do not be ashamed to seek guidance & instructions from the brother or sister who has more experience, education & training than you/me have had. Accept his/her assistance.
